Just few days after Chris's arrest for felony..He has been released without bail and his charges have been reduced, from felony to a misdemeanor .
Though Chris, says he is not guilty, he has been required to stay a 100 yards from the victim, a man who claim Chris assaulted him. The victim claimed Chris beat him outside the Washington DC Hotel and broke his nose.
